Glenn Edwards

Glenn Edwards is a long-time member of the Willamette Valley area, residing in Albany since 1995. His two adult children have flown far away allowing him to focus on the growth of his full-service agency. He enjoys flying away to the Big Island from time to time where his wife grew up in Hilo and enjoys always warm and sometimes wet times in Hawaii.

Glenn made a career pivot in 2011, initially focusing on Medicare plans and shortly after expanding into Employer Health Plans. He was also an early pioneer with the rollout of the Affordable Care Act in 2013 as one of the original agents helping people enroll through Cover Oregon. Since then, Cover Oregon is no more, now it is called the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace, but the name iCover Oregon lives on, now as a full-service insurance agency owned by Glenn. For the past several years, iCover Oregon has been a grant recipient from the State of Oregon to increase our services to Oregonians enrolling in Marketplace Plans and assisting with questions related to Oregon Health Plan during the annual open enrollment period.

From all things' health insurance, Glenn acquired the Katie Enright Agency in North Albany in 2019 expanding into Property and Casualty and Life Insurance Solutions. His background as a pastor, gives him a unique perspective when a client needs a listening ear or an encouraging word and not just an insurance policy. With his team of agents, they serve clients all over Oregon and into Washington.

Cassie Soleto

Cassie Soleto was born and raised in Lake Havasu City Arizona. There she met her husband, and together they have four beautiful children. After graduation, she began her career as a rising star in the Farmers Agency family. Starting out first as a receptionist in a Farmers Agency office, then advancing to a sales agent role, and then a few years later she acquired a Farmers Agency. Through her leadership and great client relationships her agency grew to be one of the top agencies in her district. After growing the agency for the past 6 years, Cassie and her family decided a change of scenery, weather and just an overall sense that it was time for a fresh start.

The next chapter began when they moved to Oregon, where she had enjoyed summers growing up. She and her family moved to Albany in 2022 to be near family.

Her sixteen-year history with Farmers and proven agency management makes her the perfect team member to serve and grow our agency. As Cassie says about her work, "I truly enjoy insurance; people may say it is boring, but it is ever changing, and you learn something new every day. I love a challenge and I enjoy socializing, so I think this is great career for me!"

Beyond her career, she loves spending time with family & friends, traveling, music and movies. After growing up near a lake amidst a desert, she enjoys boating and off-roading.

Lucy entered the insurance industry in 2020 after relocating to Oregon. With her bachelor’s degree in psychology, she came equipped to care for clients and go the extra mile. Her empathetic and adaptable skill sets were immediately put to the test assisting people impacted by the devastating wildfires throughout Oregon. She quickly learned the importance of the work of insurance agents and found her calling in life.

Prior to her work as a licensed insurance agent, Lucy spent years working in customer service and hospitality positions. That experience in customer service makes her a perfect fit for our agency as we strive to be an agency that responds quickly to client needs. This passion for serving and advocating for client needs is immediately evident in her work.

Lucy thrives on the daily challenges and growth from this career. As she likes to say, "I applied to the job as a joke, but then they hired me – now look out world!" After beginning as a home and auto agent, she quickly branched out with expertise in commercial insurance.

Outside of the office Lucy enjoys spending her leisure time hiking, visiting museums, traveling, getting quality time in with her nephews and nieces, cooking, baking, and making art.

While I am brand new to Farmers Insurance, I have over 20 years of experience in office administration. My most recent position before coming to Farmers was helping parents and children with before and after school care at CAP; Community After-School Program.

I raised 5 children who are all now successfully on their own and I have been blessed with 4 grandchildren. My husband and I are now active parents to 3 dogs who hold court in our household with their joyful wagging tails and happy barking.

When I'm not working in an office, you'll often find me actively engaged in our community. I serve on the board of the Albany Visitors Association and eagerly volunteer wherever and whenever I can. I'm also a jazz singer and enjoy singing wherever I can, whenever I get the opportunity.

I'm thrilled to join the Glenn Edwards Farmers team and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet all your smiling faces!
